InTouch Refund and Cancellation Policy

InTouch allows it's customers to cancel the service in the first two weeks and owe us nothing. On credit card subscriptions we will refund the charged card 100% of the subscription amount if the service is canceled within the first two weeks, otherwise the refund is based on services we will not render at the beginning of the next month.

All services are paid for a month in advance of service. If you cancel service and you have paid in advance, we will refund unused full months. Example: If you cancel on January 20th and paid for the month of January, you have used the service for January and your account will be deactivated on January 31, no refund is due. If you have already paid for February, you will get a refund for the month of February.
